How do I know which size will fit me best?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements in both inches and centimeters, along with fit notes indicating if an item runs true to size, small, or oversized.
What is your return policy for outdoor apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers and swimwear must have the protective liner intact.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those last-minute excursions. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, Adventure HQ is committed to the environment. 80% of our current collection is made from recycled polyester, organic cotton, or bluesign® approved fabrics to ensure minimal impact on the trails we love.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply.
How should I care for my technical waterproof gear?
To maintain the integrity of waterproof coatings, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with technical detergent and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the DWR finish.
